ORDERS Wholesale Orders: It is Vinyl Mayhem’s policy to produce all orders and ship them as fast as possible. However, due to the production process and the volume of orders we receive, most larger orders may take 1-3 weeks to fulfill. For smaller orders, please allow up to 1 week for fulfillment. It is a possibility that we can produce and ship orders the same day if something is needed immediately. We offer RUSH service for a small service charge. Retail/Internet Orders: Most orders placed online are shipped within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Due to our production schedule, Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Most orders placed with a U.S. Destination are received within a week. Most orders with an international destination are received within 2 weeks. Order Status If you wish to check the status of your order you may do so by emailing a request. Tracking information will be provided for all ”boxed” orders which include wholesale/client orders, large retail/internet orders, and all “hard good” orders (T Shirts, hats, banners, and other non-sticker items). All smaller orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and do not have any tracking, so only an approximate ship date can be given. If you are a retail/online customer, please do not call for tracking and delivery information as our phone lines are reserved for clients. Most important, we will have to get online to obtain your tracking info, so it makes it easier to pull your name and info off our server, reading your email, and retrieving the tracking info from the shipper. Again, Please email so we can properly assist you. Payment Policy Payment is expected for all client orders at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are made prior to order placement. Upon credit approval, net terms are offered to some of our clients. A Credit Application with bank references must be provided. Net terms will not be offered to any order under $250.00. We do not ship any orders C.O.D. All internet orders are produced on a prepaid basis. Orders that are not paid at the time of placement with be sent a payment request. Orders will be held for 30 days and will only be shipped once payment arrives. If payment is not made in 30 days or less the order will be canceled. Shortages/Discrepencies From time to time our human traits reveal themselves and we may make a mistake. In the event there is a shortage or discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. This will allow us to investigate promptly to determine the cause. After 5 days all claims are void. Missing/damaged items due to shipping are taken up with the carrier and are not the responsibility of Vinyl Mayhem. All claims must be filed with the shipper. Return Policy All products we manufacture are custom and made to order, therefore we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If a defect is discovered with any product, all claims must be made within 5 business days. Replacement product will be manufactured and shipped as soon as possible if it is determined that an error has been made by Vinyl Mayhem. Warranty or Guarantee Vinyl Mayhem will honor requests for replacement product if the product is determined to be defective by us. Vinyl Mayhem cannot guarantee any of the products we manufacture or distribute will not cause any undesired effects. Vinyl Mayhem, its clients, distributors, officers or affiliates cannot be held liable for any damage, legal issues, or incidences arising directly or indirectly resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, Vinyl Mayhem and any of its manufacturing partners cannot be held liable for any incidences arising from the use of applying vinyl directly to the paint of any vehicle. Although undesired side effects are rare, all users shall assume any risks associated with using vinyl graphics on their vehicles. Privacy Policy Vinyl Mayhem does not share information from its database of customers online or offline. Your personal information is kept in a secured environment both online and in our office. Payment Methods Vinyl Mayhem accepts Company checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders, PayPal and Cash. We do not accept personal checks.
