The logo (or design) I am looking for is not available on your website. Can you do it?
We frequently receive requests from customers and potential customers to make a custom product for them of a design not available in any of our Collections. Send us an email; we can most likely do it! If we're not able to do it, we can always create something just for you similar the concept presented.
What size sticker should I order?
The best way to determine the size of vinyl graphics product is to use a ruler or measuring tape. Measure out the area and mark the dimensions with a pencil or pieces of masking tape. This will allow you to see exactly how big the area the product applied to will be.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most domestic orders are received by customers within 7 days of ordering. Please refer to the Ordering Processing/Shipping for full details.
How do I get my order tracking and shipping information?
Most orders are shipped with USPS tracking numbers, which are emailed to the customer’s email provided at the time the order is processed.
Where is my item?
Often asked, but there is no simple answer. We primarily use USPS as they are the most convenient and cost-effective way to mail packages. USPS Tracking information is generally current and accurate, but sometimes packages can get misrouted/misdirected and not arrive on time. Incidences are rare, and most items arrive on or before their estimated delivery date. Our recommendation for receiving any package is to select a shipping option with tracking during checkout, and check the tracking information online to see when it will arrive. Having someone personally receive the package at the time of delivery reduces mis-delivery and theft incidences. I am not sure what color I should order. How can I choose?
Our color charts have the closest visual representation of our products’ colors. Refer to the colors listed in the Vinyl and T-Shirt Color Charts. Due to screen resolution differences, colors depicted may slightly vary. If you are looking to specifically match a color, Pantone Color codes can be obtained for any color via the internet. Let us know what color you are looking for, and we can match the code to our in-stock vinyl selection, or special order the color of your choice.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

I have never installed a sticker like this before. What should I do?

What are the common reasons a graphic may not stick to my car?
We use high quality GF, Oracal, Avery, and 3M vinyl and the highest quality Transfer-Rite Ultra clear application transfer tape. The clear transfer tape, however, is a little more aggressive than the cheaper paper tapes, which resemble opaque masking tape; Which leads to this: There are a variety of factors why a graphic may not stick to a vehicle when trying to remove the transfer tape. The most common are temperature too low, or a freshly waxed vehicle and/or paint treatments such as ceramic coating or 'RainX'/similar treatments often used in automatic car washes.
